2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, debit, credit cards.

  • Prices listed on our website or advertising materials are subject to change without notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle and any special conditions (e.g., pet hair, stains, aftermarket accessories).

  • Halifax Detail Pros is not liable for pre-existing damage or issues that become visible during or after detailing (e.g., scratches hidden by dirt, worn fabrics, loose trim).

  • For safety reasons, all personal items should be removed from the vehicle prior to service.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to provide the highest quality service, Halifax Detail Pros is not responsible for:

  • Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions of the vehicle.

  • Loss of personal items left inside vehicles.

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our liability, if any, is limited to the total cost of the services provided.
