Our ceramic coating packages are backed by 1, 3, or 5-year warranties depending on the option selected. To ensure the durability and protection of your coating, the following conditions apply:
Automatic Car Washes: Taking your vehicle through automatic or touch car washes will void the warranty. These systems often use harsh brushes and chemicals that damage the coating.
Additional Coating Products: The use of Rain-X, waxes, sealants, or other third-party coating products on top of the ceramic coating will void the warranty, as they interfere with the integrity of the applied protection.
Approved Washing Method: Customers must wash their vehicle using pH-neutral car wash soap only. The use of acidic or alkaline cleaners can break down the coating and will result in a voided warranty.
This warranty covers the ceramic coating only and does not apply to damage caused by neglect, misuse, improper maintenance, or external factors such as road debris, accidents, or environmental contamination.
